Greenwich Gardens is a retirement village apartment building located in Unsworth Hights, Auckland. The building is 4 storeys high with a basement for parking and building services. The architecture was completed by Peddle Thorp and the structural design by Mott MacDonald. The building structure consists of two reinforced concrete shear core which provided lateral stability to the building. The floors consist precast concrete double tees supported on steel composite beams.
Jonathan Tait completed the regulatory peer review of the superstructure and foundation design during his time working at Structus.
