Sale Street Apartments
52 Sale Street is a 7-storey apartment building with retail at street level. The design of the building structure was completed by BGT. The building structure consists of a precast concrete wall on three side of the building which provide the lateral load resistance and act as fire walls. The floors consist of high span precast concrete hollow-core which are supported on precast concrete half beams.
Jonathan Tait completed the regulatory peer review of the structural design during his time working at Structus.
